Writing Resume: Step 1: Freshie? Think back and innately
The first question to ask of yourself is:
Are you a fresh entrant to the job you are applying?
This means you have to know two things: your history of expertise and the expertise the job requires.
Being a fresh entrant means you are new to the job. This does not mean you have never worked or is not an expert in any other areas of expertise. Only particularly to this job you wanted to apply for, you have no direct backgound of the work required.
If so be it that you are a freshie, think of related background or lines of expertise you can transfer to this future job you are keen to apply. This will make up the meat the job requires. Know as much and clear what is expected so that you can hit the nail on the head for an interview.
From which your salary and resumeration will escalate or of a new level as well as your status and career path. So market yourself well and think out of the box to showcase your potentials to raise your value you can add to serve and influence the company.
