Writing Feelings: Guideline 3: Meditate and Contemplate on the feelings and Journal

Do choose a quiet spot with your journal equipments or voice recorder. Begin to be aware of your feelings and note them down. Put down all you experience in words, voice, sounds or imageries. There is no need to " make yourself feel something ". This is a meditation exercise for all at whatever state of emotional richness or bankruptcy.

For Contemplation, you can always put yourself in a prepared scene and dwell in it. You can journal all your feelings you feel at the time or your feelings after reviewing all your experiences.

In these ways, your wealth of feelings will grow in store.
